POP3 Plasma Activated Water

In this project, efforts are focused on developing and field-testing an innovative installation based on plasma technology. The goal is to sustainably produce nutrient-rich water and administer it to horticultural crops.

The POP3 project, titled ‘Plasma Activated Water,’ is a collaboration involving Vitalfluid, Eindhoven University of Technology, Botany, Snack Products, Van Boekel Projecten, and Groentekwekerij ‘t Bleekerven. Together, they are working on the development and practical implementation of an innovative system utilizing plasma technology to produce and supply nutrient-rich water to horticultural crops.

The project is funded by the Province of North Brabant and the ELFPO, het “Europees Landbouwfonds voor Plattelandsontwikkelingen: Europa investeert in zijn platteland.”
